In collaboration with the Royal Commonwealth Society Hong Kong Branch, the Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong hosted a dinner on Thursday 22 September 2022, in honour and memoriam of Her Majesty The Queen, Queen Elizabeth II.
The evening event was a great success, with heartfelt words shared by Australia’s Consul General to Hong Kong and Macau, Ms Elizabeth Ward, Canada’s Consul General to Hong Kong and Macau, Ms Racahel Bedlington and the Chairman of the Commonwealth Chamber HK, Ms Julia Charlton. The Archbishop’s Chaplain for International Ministry, the Reverend John Chynchen, also shared a few words and a prayer for Her Majesty and a book of Condolences was laid out for attendees of the event to convey their wishes and prayers for Queen Elizabeth II.
